By signing and/or accepting these terms and conditions, I hereby authorize the staff of Ignite Performance Tennis to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release Ignite Performance Tennis from any and all liability for injury or illness and costs, incurred while undertaking a program or event with Ignite Performance Tennis. I agree with Ignite Performance Tennis's makeup, cancellation, fee, weather, covid & vaccination, parental involvement, and privacy policy.
